Adebola started his career with JKK Limited (Nigeria) as Software Engineer after serving with FTS Limited (Nigeria). His assignments included the implementation of company’s applications in a number of organisations like Nigerian Ports Authority. He later moved to National Bank of Nigeria Limited as a Banking Analyst and later led the IT Operations and Business Support team.
Adebola moved to the UK to further his studies but later decided to stay on to explore the opportunities UK presented. In the UK he has worked for several world renowned organisations both in public and private sectors. He worked on behalf of Morbus Consulting at DEFRA, CMR International (freelance), Symantec UK Limited , EYC. Vodafone. He currently consults for Astrocraft Consulting Limited. He is a graduate of Computer Science from Ogun State University and holds a Master degree in Enterprise Systems and Data Warehousing from the University of Greenwich, UK.
Oluwaseyi is currently the Managing Director of Magnartis Finance & Investment Limited Prior to his appointment at Margnatis, he was the Chief Investment Officer, AIICO Pension Managers. He is on the board of many organizations and consults both locally and offshore. He has over 25 years investment banking experience spanning money and capital markets, treasury, asset management, corporate finance, wealth creation and pension management. He is a veteran in the Nigerian financial landscape. He has worked for leading organisations such as Lead Merchant Bank and NAL Merchant Bank. Oluwaseyi is a Council member CIS since February 2005. He was a member of the Institute’s Investigating Panel, Research committee and Examination committee.
Presently, Seyi is on the board of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers; Kingspride Group, Insight Microfinance Bank Limited and several other companies. He is a past President of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
Oluwaseyi earned a top class Bachelor degree from the then University of Ife and a Master Science from the University of Lagos. He also holds an MBA degree. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School – (LBS) and New York Institute of Finance. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, (Nigeria).

Seyi is the lead consultant and a co-sponsor of Astrocraft Consulting Limited. He started as a Consulting Assistant with Bond Consulting Limited in the late 90’s where he rapidly rose to become a consulting manager through a dint of hard work and commitment. While at BCL, he championed many consulting assignments in the areas of Education Consulting, OHRM and Strategic Services. He also recruited top level personnel for clients like PENGASSAN. Seyi led a team of consultants to provide training services to several organisations including NNPC, CBN, Chattered Bank of Nigeria, Guaranty Trust Bank etc.
Seyi Relocated to the UK in the early 2000s where he worked for Assureweb Limited and Avelo (both financial software organisations). He has provided consulting services to several organisations, among others, Havilah Prospect Limited where he helped establish their training department. He also provided services to the following organisations in the area of software quality assurance; Transport for London (TfL), Telefonica, (O2), TNT, South Gloucestershire Council, British Petroleum, Quality Assurance Agency, ALD Automotive UK, etc. Seyi obtained on merit an honours degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Ibadan. He followed this up with a Masters degree in Managerial Psychology from the same university. He also obtained on merit a Masters degree in Information Technology from the University of the West of England specialising in Software Quality Assurance.
He has attended and facilitated a number of courses both locally and abroad.
